Paint Protection Film (PPF) Resistance Testing Tool for Flying Stone Chip Impact

This advanced testing machine is specifically engineered to evaluate the durability and performance of Paint Protection Film (PPF) against high-velocity gravel impacts. Known as the Gravelometer, the device propels gravel at controlled speeds toward a mounted test sample, simulating real-world conditions.

The process involves securely placing a PPF-coated sample into the target compartment, exposing it to flying stone impacts for a predetermined duration. After testing, the specimen is removed for detailed visual inspection to assess damage resistance.

For added convenience, the tool includes a mini hood where users can apply the PPF film. By firing gravel at the hood, users can analyze how well the film protects the surface and visually inspect its condition after simulated damage.
