TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
We comply with EU regulations, which provide consumers with a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to notify us of your decision to return it. You do not need to provide a reason for the return during this period.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- You must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at europe@gswf.com. Once you notify us of your intent to return the item, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back. Returns should be sent to:

Shipping Costs
- For returns under the 14-day cooling-off period, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- If the product is faulty or does not match its description, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will include the original shipping costs (if applicable) and will be made to your original payment method.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at europe@gswf.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
We will work promptly to resolve these issues by offering a replacement, repair, or refund as necessary.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
The following items are excluded from returns under EU law:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Custom or personalised items (PPF templates, pre-cuts).
- Sealed personal care goods (e.g., beauty products) once opened
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Exchanges
To exchange an item, initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the desired product once the return is accepted.
This policy ensures compliance with EU laws by:
1. Extending the return period to 14 days from receipt of goods.

3. Providing clear guidelines on faulty or damaged goods.
